Labour swept back into Bloomsbury with three newly elected councillors. Conservative councillor Rebecca Hossack lost her seat as Labour surged ahead in Camden regaining seats lost in 2006.
Labour’s Adam Harrison topped the polls with 1670 votes (13.97%) in Bloomsbury. In Fitzrovia’s Westminster wards the Conservatives held onto all six seats, with veteran councillor Harvey Marshall getting a huge 2080 votes.
Bloomsbury: Adam Harrison (Lab), Milena Nuti (Lab) Abdul Quadir (Lab) are elected.

Marylebone High Street: Edward Donald Andrew Baxter (Con), Harvey Christopher John Marshall (Con) and Ian David Rowley (Con) are elected.
West End: Jonathan Glanz (Con), Glenys Roberts (Con) and Frixos Glafcos Tombolis (Con) are elected.
