Bingo, games and a chance to win a new bicycle were on offer yesterday afternoon in a school playground in the heart of Fitzrovia.

All Souls School celebrated another successful summer fair with huge support from children and adults, despite some heavy rain showers.

With a space indoors and some canvas for cover the odd soaking failed to stop the fun and games for everyone.

Parent and local resident Gary Sollof told Fitzrovia News: “It rained last year as well, but a few heavy showers are not going to stop us having a good time”.

Gary was serving up ice cream with a chocolate flake, just one of the many treats that were on offer in the playground.

There were three rounds of bingo to take part in, plenty of games to play and local bicycle shop Fitzrovia Bicycles had donated a child’s bike to one lucky winner of a competition.
