David Lammy has set up a campaign office in Whitfield Street.

The office was set up last week in Whitfield Street and displays the Lammy for London campaign branding. Lammy studied law at the nearby School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, where he gained a first class degree.

Fitzrovia is a popular choice for campaigns as it is the base for many media and PR companies as well as being in central London. Former Mayor of London Ken Livingston had his campaign office in nearby Hanson Street.

The London mayoral election will be held on 5 May 2016. Lammy is one of several declared candidates for The Labour Party.
