Are books on your Christmas gift list? The Grafton Arms pub in Fitzrovia is hosting an afternoon where book lovers can meet five London authors, browse their books and get some original Christmas gifts, all while enjoying a drink.

The authors are Stephen Oram, who writes science fiction with social comment set in a near-future London, Jule Owen, author of adventure stories for young adults, Avalon Weston, who writes medical mysteries, Christopher Bowden, author of literary mysteries, and Patsy Trench, writer of novels and non-fiction, whose latest book is set in 1920s England. All five will be at the Grafton Arms pub this month.
“Everyone’s welcome to come along, feel free to browse upstairs, have a drink downstairs with their friends and maybe stay on into the evening,” says Stephen Oram.
All five authors are members of The Alliance of Independent Authors, a non-profit professional association for authors who self-publish.
