Camden Council is today (Wednesday 25 November) taking part in White Ribbon Day and the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.

“Tackling domestic violence and abuse is a key priority for Camden,” says the council which has created a new campaign — Know You’re Not Alone.
“We’ve created a 30 second video which features a mix of people including celebrities such as Shami Chakrabati and Ann Mitchell, and community leaders including Sarah Hayward and Borough Police Commander Penny Banham, with the aim of reaching people in the Borough. The main message we want to get out is that the Camden Safety net is available for anyone in Camden experiencing domestic violence.”
