A draft neighbourhood plan and a hand drawn, three-dimensional map of the Fitzrovia West Neighbourhood Area will be on display at a special exhibition on Monday at the Getty Images Gallery.

The Fitzrovia West Neighbourhood Forum will be presenting ideas and proposals for the neighbourhood area and unveiling a hand drawn map of the streets by artist Lydia Bevan. Everyone who comes along will be able to take away with them a copy of the map, showing many of the homes, commercial buildings and landmarks.
The exhibition of the draft plan will be the first step in establishing a statutory planning document to guide building development and set priorities for the neighbourhood. The final neighbourhood plan will also pave the way for income from the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). Neighbourhood forums will be able to decide how 25 percent of the income from CIL in the area can be spent.
Briefing on the proposed Fitzwest Neighbourhood Plan at the Getty Images Gallery, 46 Eastcastle Street, Fitzrovia, London W1W 8DX, Monday 11 January 2016 at 6.00pm for 6.30pm start. The exhibition will be open from 11am to 8pm. Invitation (pdf).
