Enough snow fell last night to transform the streets and provide children with enough of the white stuff to play with.

A white blanket a couple of inches or more thick covered the streets of Fitzrovia late on Sunday evening.

By daylight on Monday it was already starting to melt. But enough had fallen to disrupt travel.
