
Camden Council has registered a number of planning applications so far in November 2023 in Bloomsbury ward, which includes Fitzrovia East. An appeal has also been lodged against a previous planning decision. (This page will be updated with new applications until the monthly list is complete, which is normally a few days after the end of the month.)
Included in the monthly list is an application for external alterations and the creation of roof terraces at first floor, third floor and main roof level at 48 Charlotte Street (corner with Scala Street); new access stair enclosure at roof level to provide access to a new roof terrace at 13 Tottenham Mews; acoustic enclosure at 8 Richardson Mews; change of use from hairdresser’s (Class E) to private members’ club (Sui Generis) (retrospective) at 6-7 Percy Street, and numerous applications for outside tables and chairs in front of cafes, bars, and restaurants.
