The applicant seeks to serve alcohol 30 minutes later on a Sunday; remove conditions to allow off sales after 6pm on a Sunday; and remove restrictions stating that alcohol can only be consumed on the premises by customers who are seated at a table and who are served their drinks by waiting staff.
