Camden Council registered 25 planning applications during March 2024 in Bloomsbury ward, which includes Fitzrovia East. The Planning Inspectorate also dismissed an appeal against refusal of planning permission.

Among the applications this month are: alterations to a listed building at 16 Cleveland Street; details of waste strategy at 247 Tottenham Court Road; alterations at Maple House, 149 Totttenham Court Road; cycle hire station outside 16 to 19 Percy Street; siting of a shipping container, 38-40 Windmill Street; tables and chairs outside 80 Cleveland Street, and 67 Whitfield Street; alterations at Paramount Court, 41 University Street; a blue plaque at 52 Maple Street. An appeal has been refused for a development at 51-52 Tottenham Court Road.
