Westminster Council validated 17 planning applications in Fitzrovia West during March 2024. Another planning application was later withdrawn.

Among the applications in the monthly list are: details of ventilation and waste storage (two applications) required by previous planning consent at 204A Great Portland Street; listed building consent for alterations at 147 Cleveland Street; use of building within Class E 385-387 Euston Road; rear extension and other alterations at Flat 1, 108 Great Portland Street (withdrawn); variation of a previous consent at 60-62 Margaret Street; air condenser units at 60 Great Portland Street, and University Of Westminster 115 New Cavendish Street; alterations to shopfront at 51 Cleveland Street.
