Baba Ayo-Ojo is seeking permission from Westminster Council to vary the premises licence of the basement and ground floor at 52 Wells Street, in Fitzrovia West.

Under the current licence (17/05643/LIPDPS) alcohol sales have to stop at midnight and late night refreshment must cease at 12.30am the following morning from Monday to Saturday. An application to transfer this licence to the applicant is pending.

The proposed variation is to extend the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises, and late night refreshment, to 1.30am the following morning from Monday to Saturday; and to also extend the opening hours from Monday to Saturday to 2am the following morning.
