Cafe Volonte Ltd has applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence at 10 Mortimer Street in Fitzrovia West.

“The premise is a cafe space serving light bites, brunch and lunch options,” states the application. “We would like to serve some wine and basic cocktails to add to our evening offer.”

However, the application seeks permission for the sale of alcohol to drink on the premises throughout the day from 8am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.

A plan submitted with the application shows they want to serve alcohol indoors on the ground floor and outside on the forecourt of the cafe.

To view the details of the application and to make a comment, see the application on Westminster Council’s website.
