Paintings by artist Rev Dr Elizabeth Gray King will be on display at the American International Church this summer, and there will be a special one-off jazz concert.

King is an ordained minister and theologian who is currently working alongside the Open Table Network, a national charity which works to urge and facilitate a wider, safer, authentic inclusion for LGBT+ people across all UK churches.

The official opening will be on Sunday, 23 June during the 11am worship service, where the Rev Dr Elizabeth Gray King will be the guest preacher. After worship, she will give a tour and introduction to the exhibition.

Open To All, an exhibition of art by Rev Dr Elizabeth Gray King, is at the American International Church, 79a Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 4TD from 23 June to 21 July 2024. Open Sundays from 10am to 1pm (before, during and after worship), Wednesdays from 12.30pm to 2pm and 5pm to 7pm, and on Thursdays from 5pm to 7pm. Also open to individuals or groups by appointment anytime the sanctuary is available by contacting info@amchurch.co.uk to arrange a time.

On Wednesday, 26 June at 6.30pm the monthly Jazz Vespers service will include a performance of John Coltrane’s “A Love Supreme” in its entirety. Details and free tickets available here.
