Westminster Council validated 20 planning applications during June 2024 in Fitzrovia West.

Among the list this month are:

  • Creation of roof terrace at rear third floor level 20-22 Mortimer Street;
  • Removal of existing plant and installation of new mechanical plant to roof; construction of new roof plant enclosure 20-22 Mortimer Street;
  • alterations to previous permission for extension at rear of 30-32 Mortimer Street (includes Bywell Place);
  • change of use from commercial to residential at 17-19 Foley Street;
  • amendments to previous permission at 16-18 Berners Street;
  • and new mechanical plant and enclosures at 32-36 Great Portland Street.
