
Westminster Council validated 20 planning applications in Fitzrovia West during July 2024.
Among the list of applications for public consultation are:
- 385-387 Euston Road (corner of Bolsover Street): Alterations to entrance in Bolsover Street refurbishment of windows, and new plant equipment and ventilation system at roof level.
- 20-22 Mortimer Street (neighbouring Bourlet Close and Wells Street) two applications: alterations to front and rear; and new mechanical plant installation.
