There are three applications to Westminster Council for a new premises licence at 6, 7-8, and 9-10 Market Place in Fitzrovia West.

The applications are all for a shadow licences for the same activities, hours and on the same terms as the existing premises licence.

Westminster Councilโ€™s statement of licensing policy says: โ€œThese โ€˜Shadow Licencesโ€™ are normally sought by the landowner to protect the interest of their property due to the policy to refuse certain new applications.โ€ A shadow licence will โ€” in the event that a licence lapses, is surrendered or is revoked โ€” allow the property owner to market the property with a premises licence.

To view the details of the application and to make a comment, see the application on Westminster Council’s website.
