
The Lighthouse Club Ltd applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence at the basement of Threeways House, 40-44 Clipstone Street; located at the southern end of a city block bounded by Bolsover Street and Great Titchfield Street in Fitzrovia West.
The application seeks permission for the sale of alcohol to drink on the premises from 12 noon to 10pm every day of the week; and for the exhibition of film from 9am to 10pm every day of the week.
According to the application, the business is a “private members wellness club, gym, and meeting space. Alcohol sold on the premises will be consumed only and within the lounge, kitchen and meeting space areas.” There will also be occasional showing of film and TV screenings as part of the members events.
