Westminster Council validated 28 planning applications during August 2024 in Fitzrovia West.

Among the applications are:

  • Details of construction for redevelopment of Orwell House, 16-18 Berners Street;
  • installation of planters, and wall-mounted relief sculptures of Thomas and Fanny Holcroft each side of central gates outside Holcroft Court, Carburton Street;
  • numerous applications for alterations at 214 Oxford Street;
  • and replacement shopfront and installation of air-conditioning units at 94 Great Portland Street.
