Appeals
26-28 Whitfield Street: An appeal has been made against an enforcement notice issued by Camden Council because the flats on the upper floors were being used for short-term letting without planning permission. The enforcement notice was issued in October 2023 but the owner of the properties, Sican Ltd, has appealed the enforcement notice and is asking the Planning Inspectorate to grant planning permission for change of use to short-term letting (serviced apartments). Representations on the appeal should be submitted by interested parties no later than 13 November 2024 via the Planning Inspectorate portal here. (NB: please ignore the date showing on the Planning Inspectorate Portal as that is incorrect).
