Sinan Ulger has applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence at Abla, 132 Great Portland Street in Fitzrovia West.

The application seeks permission for the sale of alcohol to drink both on and off the premises from 11am to 11pm every day of the week.

According to the application the business is described as a kebab and grill restaurant and takeaway.
