Xground Holdings Limited has applied to Camden Council for a new premises licence at Atto, 88a Cleveland Street, in Fitzrovia.
The application seeks permission for the sale of alcohol to drink both on and off the premises from 11.30am to 11pm every day of the week.
According to the application, the premises is described as a restaurant with the ground floor used for the kitchen and dining, basement for storage, and an outdoor space. It will be open every day of the year including all bank holidays except 25 December and 1 January.
The premises was previously a shoe repair shop.

A public consultation on the application is open until 31 December 2024.
