
Kinsfolk and Company (Hospitality) Limited has applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence at The Newman Hotel, 49-57 Newman Street in Fitzrovia West.
The application seeks permission for a number of licensable activities including live music, film, and the sale of alcohol to non-residents of the hotel to drink on the premises from 7am to midnight, Sunday to Thursday; and from 7am to half-past midnight on Friday and Saturday.
Permission is also sought for live music, film, and the sale of alcohol to hotel residents and their guests to drink on the premises, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
A number of conditions have been offered in support of the application.

A public consultation on the application is open until 9 January 2025.
