Westminster Council validated 20 planning applications in Fitzrovia West during January 2025.

Among the applications are:

  • Demolition of Latimer House, Hanson Street, University Of Westminster 115 New Cavendish Street;
  • Details of arboricultural and archeological conditions for previous permission at 51 To 58 Rathbone Place And 54-62 And 66 And 68 Oxford Street;
  • Amendments to previous application at 20-22 Mortimer Street;
  • Replacement facades Mortimer Street and Wells Street elevations at 30-32 Mortimer Street;
  • Excavation and change of use at 153-157 Cleveland Street (two applications);
  • Mechanical plant installation at 51-53 Margaret Street, and 76-77 Newman Street.
