Residents in Fitzrovia can take part in free health and fitness classes and have a health check along with flu and Covid vaccinations at the Fitzrovia Community Centre on Wednesday 22 January 2025.
On offer from the community centre are yoga, women’s barre, weight management, facial massage, Pilates, and a “sound bath”. Some activities need to be booked in advance.
The “Fitzrovia Wellness Day”, 9.30am to 8.30pm, Wednesday 22 January 2025, at the Fitzrovia Community Centre, 2 Foley Street, London W1W 6DL. See website for details.
During the day, from 11.30am to 4pm, the NHS Mobile Health Bus will be at the centre to offer a health risk assessment and blood pressure check, winter flu and Covid vaccinations for eligible people (see leaflet below for criteria), and smoking cessation information and advice. No appointment is needed.
