
Mid Hospitality Ltd has applied to Camden Council for a major variation of its premises licence to allow for later opening hours at the ground floor and basement of Kinkally, 43-45 Charlotte Street, Fitzrovia.
The business operates as a restaurant and bar. Its current licence permits the sale of alcohol until 11.30pm from Monday to Thursday, midnight on Friday and Saturday, and until 10.30pm on Sunday; and to stay open for the sale of late night refreshment until midnight Monday to Thursday and until half-past-midnight the following morning on Friday and Saturday.
According to the application submitted this month, permission is now being sought to extend the closing hours so that alcohol can be sold to drink on the premises until 1am the following morning on Wednesday and Thursday, and until 1.30am the following morning on Friday and Saturday; with late night refreshment being served until 1.30am the following morning on Wednesday and Thursday, and until 2am the following morning on Saturday. No change to Sunday hours are being sought.
