Camden Council has registered a number of planning applications in Bloomsbury ward, which includes Fitzrovia East, so far during February 2025. (This page will be updated until the monthly list is complete.)

Among the applications on offer this month are:

  • Conversion of two flats into one residential unit at 38-40 Windmill Street;
  • Details and alterations to listed building at 69 Gower Street (three applications);
  • Siting of hot tub on private roof terrace at 36 Tottenham Street.
