
Thompson and Scott Limited has applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence for Eastgate House, 16-19 Eastcastle Street, on the corner of Wells Street in Fitzrovia West.
The application seeks permission for licensable activities including live music, recorded music, performance of dance, or something similar, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
According to the application lodged with the council, the business is a manufacturer of “alcohol-free wine and proseco” and will be using the premises for “recording content and advertising campaigns for our brand that may involve music and dance”. The premises will not be open to the public and no products will be sold from there.

A public consultation on the application is open until 4 March 2025.
