The application seeks permission to “extend licensable activities until 06:00 [the following morning] in the basement Helios Bar for a maximum of 100 guests” from Friday to Saturday; and to add the following condition: “The premises will operate a last entry time 05:00 hours, save for guests temporarily leaving the premises to smoke.”
The existing licence permits the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises until 3am the following morning from Monday to Sunday.
