
Westminster Council has validated a number of planning applications in Fitzrovia West during March 2025.
Among the monthly list are:
- Temporary seating for three months outside 32 Berners Street, 128 New Cavendish Street, 6 Mortimer Street, 63-65 Mortimer Street, and 10 Clipstone Street as part of the “Fitz & Sits” project;
- External alterations including roof terrace at Fitzroy Place, 8 Mortimer Street;
- Amendments to existing planning permission for north-west corner of Oxford Street and Rathbone Place.
