Gresse Property Ltd has applied to Camden Council for a new premises licence to serve alcohol and late night refreshment at the fourth floor of Tudor House, 35 Gresse Street in Fitzrovia.

The application seeks permission of the sale of alcohol to drink on the premises from 10am to 11.30pm, Monday to Thursday; 10am to midnight on Friday and Saturday; and from 11am to 10.30pm on Sunday.

Permission for late night refreshment is sought to the same terminal hours as alcohol sales, from Monday to Saturday.

According to the application submitted, the business is described as an “office and/or event space”.

The premises is located on the top floor of a commercial building with four upper floors and a shared roof terrace on the corner of Gresse Street and Rathbone Place.

A number of conditions have been offered in support of the application.
