
An application has been made to Westminster Council for a review of the premises licence of Naroon, 17 New Cavendish Street in Marylebone.
A notice placed outside the premises states: “A review has been brought on the grounds of the prevention of public nuisance”.
According to the application, the action has been brought by people living near the premises who are seeking improvements to the way it is run to prevent noise nuisance.
The holder of the premises licence is Mojereh Hospitality Limited.

A public consultation on the application is open until 10 June 2025.

According to Westminster Council, “Anyone may apply for a review of a premises licence or club premises certificate if they are being adversely affected by the premises’ operation and activities.
“Your application for a review must be based upon a matter arising at or in the vicinity of the licensed premises and be relevant to one of theโฏlicensing objectives.”
