Camden Council registered 40 planning applications during September 2025 in Bloomsbury ward, which includes Fitzrovia East.

In this month’s round up of planning news we also list some applications and appeals that have been decided.

Among the applications are:

  • Internal alterations to listed buildings at 60 and 61 Warren Street;
  • Amendment to existing planning permission at 335 Euston Road;
  • Installation of permanent public art at South Crescent;
  • Change of use, refurbishment and roof extension of listed building at 39 Tottenham Street (withdrawn);
