Nimet Oner has applied to Westminster Council to vary the premises licence for Drunch and Kave at 71 Great Titchfield Street in Fitzrovia West, to allow later hours for licensable activities including the sale of alcohol on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Currently licensable activities are allowed until 11.00pm from Sunday to Wednesday, and until 30 minutes past midnight the following morning on Thursday to Saturday.

Permission is now sought to allow the sale of alcohol, late night refreshment, recorded music, and the performance of live music until 1.30am the following morning from Thursday to Saturday.

An alteration to the licence is also sought to increase the last entry time by 30 minutes by amending condition 25 to state: “On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, entry to the venue after 21:00 hours will be by prior reservation only and the last entry will be at 23:30 hours.”

To view the details of the application and to make a comment, see the application on Westminster Council’s website.
