Planning applications in Fitzrovia West, October 2025

Westminster Council validated more than a dozen planning applications in Fitzrovia West during October 2025.

A number of decisions have all been made this month, which are listed below the applications.

Among the applications are:

• Tables and chairs outside 80-82 Great Titchfield Street;
• External alterations to buildings in conservation area at 36-38 and 42-44 Hanway Street, and 50 Oxford Street;
• Details of mechanical plant enclosure at 20-22 Mortimer Street;
• Mechanical plant and noise report for 20 Rathbone Place.
