A three-day pop-up exhibition entitled The Artist’s Corner will be on show at Eastcastle Street in October.

Free to the public, the event organised by the Langham Estate and curated by Lydia Allain Chapman, encourages visitors to explore the works of new and emerging artists.

Chapman remarked that she is “thrilled to see this pop-up gallery come to life in the heart of Fitzrovia, a neighbourhood long defined by its creative spirit.”

The event coincides with the unveiling of a new hand-crafted, 13.5 metre-tall wall mural entitled Threads in Common, designed by the up-and-coming artist Oliwia Bober.

The exhibition will feature a number of the London-based Polish artist’s pieces, which frequently explore ideas of “womanhood, identity, and belonging”. She anticipates the positive impact the artwork will have within the streetscape.

In addition to her work, the exhibition will also display a number of pieces from local galleries including the Pontone Gallery, Ab-Anbar Gallery, ST.ART Gallery and the Eclectic Gallery. It will also spotlight emerging artists such as Taya De La Cruz, Melissa Hartley, Marie Louise Jones and Bea Santos. For instance, the ST.ART Mobile Gallery Bike, Defrost London, will be on display after launching during Frieze week 2025.

There will be a range of artistic mediums for visitors to view, from paper and canvas to photography and resin tiles, such as Rory Langdon-Down’s photography of the “faces of Fitzrovia”.

This will be the first occasion that so many artists and galleries from the district have come together, say the organisers.

The Artists Corner is at The Fitzrovia Quarter, 55 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 7SE from 23 to 25 October 2025.
