
Burak Demirelli has applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence for the ground floor and basement at 52-53 Margaret Street, in Fitzrovia West.
Permission is sought for the sale of alcohol to drink on the premises from 12noon to 10.30pm, Monday to Friday.
According to the application, the business is described as a cafe, bakery, and brasserie. The premises is currently undergoing a fit out.
