Charlotte Magazines UK Ltd has applied to Camden Council to vary the premises licence of its shop on the ground floor at 66 Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia.

The current premises licence (PREM-LIC\128148) permits the sale of alcohol to drink off the premises from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Permission is now sought to extend those hours to 8am to 11pm, for every day of the week.

A previous application asking to extend the hours was refused as it was incorrectly submitted as a minor, instead of a major, variation.

To view the details of the application and make a comment, search Camden’s public licensing register for the following reference:

APP\PREMSIES-VARY\132299, Charlotte Street Magazines, 66 Charlotte Street, London W1T 4QE.

A public consultation on the application is open until 12 December 2025.

Residents in Camden may also contact the Charlotte Street Association for help and advice in responding to planning and licensing applications.
