Percy Holding Group Limited has applied to Camden Council for a new club premises certificate for the ground floor and basement at Seven Percy, 7 Percy Street in Fitzrovia.
Permission is sought for the sale of alcohol to be consumed on the premises from 2pm to 3am the following morning from Tuesday to Saturday.
The business is described as a private club, and a number of conditions have been offered in support of the application.
