Brontë Aurell, the Danish-born founder of ScandiKitchen in Great Titchfield Street, was featured as a “Listed Londoner” on Robert Elms’ radio show this month.

She opened the cafe in 2007 with her Swedish husband, Jonas, and in 2017 began writing cookbooks with themes including Midsommar, Smorrebrod, and Scandinavian Christmas.

In the interview Aurell reveals to Elms where her favourite part of London is. (Spoiler, it’s not Fitzrovia).
