The London Cocktail Club Ltd has applied to Westminster Council to vary the premises licence at the basement of 61 Goodge Street in Fitzrovia.

At the moment the licence (24/04337/LIPCH) allows alcohol to be sold to drink both on and off the premises until 11.30pm from Monday to Thursday, until midnight on Friday and Saturday, 10.30pm on Sunday, and until midnight on a Sunday before a public holiday.

They now seek to extend the hours permitted for the sale of alcohol until 30 minutes past midnight the following morning from Monday to Wednesday; until 1.30am on Thursday to Saturday; until 11.30pm on Sunday; and until 1.30am the following morning on a Sunday before a public holiday.

Permission is also sought to extend the sale of late night refreshment until 1am the following morning from Monday to Wednesday; until 2am from Thursday to Saturday; until midnight on Sunday; and until 2am on a Sunday before a public holiday.

The application also seeks to remove conditions 9, 10 and 12 and for the addition of further conditions as set out in the application.

A public consultation on the application is open until 17 February 2026.

Due to ongoing technical issues caused by a breach of its computer system, Westminster Councilโ€™s Licensing Service is still unable to produce the usual details of applications.
