Westminster Council validated 25 planning applications in Fitzrovia West during March 2026. Fifteen applications have been decided.

Among the applications open for public consultation are:

  • Alterations at 37 Riding House Street;
  • traffic and construction management plan at 51-58 Rathbone Place and 54-62 and 66-68 Oxford Street;
  • amend condition to allow condenser units to operate between 19.00 and 07.00 under low noise mode at 7-15 Gresse Street;
