
PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Camden Council for a new premises licence to cover two floors at Unit 6, 6-17 Tottenham Court Road in Fitzrovia.
The application seeks permission for the sale of late night refreshment from 11pm to 5am the following morning, every day of the week.
According to the application, permission is sought for the sale of hot food and drink to eat-in at a restaurant, as well as take-away, and delivery to customers.
Eat-in and takeaway would take place until 2am after which time it will be closed to the public but remain open until 5am to cater for deliveries to customers.
