Metropolitan Catering Westend Ltd has applied to Camden Council for a new premises licence for DaGe Noodle Bar, 28 Torrington Place in Fitzrovia.
Permission is sought for the sale of alcohol to drink on the premises from 10.30am to 10pm every day of the week.
The premises is described as a ground floor restaurant with 18 seats.
