
Etc Venues Limited has applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence for: Ground, Basement 1 and Basement 2, at 1 Rathbone Square in Fitzrovia West.
Permission is sought for a number of licensable activities including the sale of alcohol to drink on the premises from 10am to 11.30pm Monday to Thursday; 10am to midnight on Friday and Saturday; and from 12noon until 10.30pm on Sunday.
According to the application, the premises is a multi-purpose conference and flexible event space. “The proposed use of the space will accommodate events such as speeches, presentations, and similar activities.”
It will have a capacity of up to 750 people and the entrance and exit to the venue will be on Rathbone Place.
A number of conditions have been offered in support of the application.

A public consultation on the application is open until 29 April 2026.
