Westminster Council validated 19 planning applications during April 2026 in Fitzrovia West.

Twenty-eight applications have been decided this month.

Among the new applications validated are:

  • Details required by previous permission at 12-13 Rathbone Place, 1-6 Gresse Street and 7-15 Gresse Street;
