Inkd Ltd has applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence for the basement and ground floor at 85 Great Portland Street in Fitzrovia West.

Permission is sought for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 10am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday, and from 8am to 7pm from Monday to Friday.

“Inkd is an off licence offering a personalised bottle service where customers can choose personalised covers on a selection of alcoholic beverages,” states the application.

“All off sales are in sealed bottles only. No members of the public attend the premises. The sales are obtained online or by phone or email. There will also not be any advertising of the ‘off’ sales of alcohol immediately outside the premises, so the premises is an office and not a shop.”

A number of conditions have been offered in support of the application.

To view the details of the application and to make a comment, see the application on Westminster Council’s website.
