Westminster Council validated 18 planning applications in Fitzrovia West, during May 2026.

Twenty-six decisions on previous applications have also been made, and two appeals against previous decisions have been dismissed.

Among the new applications are:

  • Air to air heat pumps at All Souls Clubhouse 141 Cleveland Street;
  • Alterations to listed building at 12A Little Portland Street;
  • Noise report required by previous permission at 20-22 Mortimer Street;
  • Amendment to previous permission to allow a gym on ground floor and basement at 87-125 Cleveland Street;
  • Mechanical plant in basement vault at 57-59 Goodge Street.
