
Akoko London Limited has applied to Westminster Council for a new premises licence at the ground floor and basement at 14-16 Wells Street, which also faces on to Wells Mews, in Fitzrovia West.
Permission is sought for the sale of alcohol to drink on an off the premises and for late night refreshment.
“The applicant currently operates as Michelin-starred restaurant Akoko, located on Berners Street W1, which will relocate to Wells Street under this application,” states the application.
The proposed opening hours of the restaurant are: Monday to Thursday, 9am to midnight; Friday and Saturday, 9am to 30 minutes past midnight the following morning; and Sunday, 9am to 11pm.

A number of conditions have been offered in support of the application.
