
Dinedart Ltd has applied to Camden Council for a new premises licence at Yang’s Braised Chicken and Rice, 126 Cleveland Street in Fitzrovia.
Permission is sought for the sale of alcohol to drink both on and off the premises from 11am to 9pm every day of the week.
“The premises operates as a Chinese fast food establishment, ‘Braised Chicken Rice’, offering a menu that includes noodles and fried rice. The business intends to sell Chinese beers and liquor to cater to customer demand. The premises is located on two floors. There is no outside area used for customers,” states the application.
The application describes the location as a “shopping area” but the street is mostly residential and has a mix of uses.

A public consultation on the application is open until 21 July 2026.
